Superannuation investor and prolific dealmaker Aware Super has lured a debt capital markets guru from ANZ Bank’s leveraged finance unit, as its $6.5 billion credit program digs deeper into financing MANZ leveraged finance director Leo Wang has joined Aware Super’s credit team.

It’s a bit of a sea change for Yang, who was a director at ANZ’s leveraged finance business, originating and executing debt slices of deals like Pacific Equity Partners’ acquisition of Altus Traffic Management last year.
