MMDA Acting Chairman Don Artes led the inspection joined by MMDA General Manager Procopio Lipana, San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora and DTI Assistant Secretary for Consumer Protection Group Ann Claire Cabochan.“Two notices of violation were issued against retailers at Agora Public Market due to failure to comply with the SRP,” the MMDA said in a statement.

Meanwhile, Artes, in the same statement, gave assurance that the MMDA will continue to work together with San Juan City and the DTI to ensure compliance with the SRP.
