Treasurer Jim Chalmers and Finance Minister Katy Gallagher failed to meet a deadline for an order of documents in the Senate last Thursday, according to Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell.

“Pertaining to this statement by the ministers in the last week of Question Times that by 2050 the government’s super tax changes will hit 10 per cent of people,” Mr Clennell said.

“With the Opposition set to jump on this, I understand documents will be provided to the Senate potentially this week outlining that the government’s tax on super funds with more than $3 million in them will affect 80,000 people on introduction in 2025-26.”

No one can take Klennel seriously. He’s a Murdoch hack. End of story.

Too busy swanning around!

So what. Previous government set the standard.

Gagf 🖕🏽

Sky Murdoch inspired crap 🤮

There seems to be a quite a few ministers in Labor government that have missed dead lines and this brings their competence to govern this country into question

Withhold their pay.

No one is above the law 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. Justice must not only be done but it must be seen to be done 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. Perhaps once maybe but certainly not in todays WEF cabal clownworld. They do whatever they like because they own you the media and the separation of powers no longer exists.

Matching suits and coffee cups :) Jims holding his share portfolio and Katy holding her copy of 'The Idiots Guide to Being a Finance Minister'Just a smile from Albo as he is on $400000 + for the rest of his life.

Its all their staff who are falling over each other to get the coffee. Chalmers wouldn't know where anything is and Albo is out of the country so much i wonder if he can even find his office

Takes a while to get a story straight. The spin doctors will need plenty of time on this one. Albanese has created plenty of job opportunities in the spin industry. About the only jobs created other than public servants.

Typical Labor !

Rupert u seemed to have missed this story. U wouldn't want to mislead people would you

NT cattle industry head challenges agriculture minister's position on live sheep export banThe president of the NT Cattleman's Association says he doubts Murray Watt really believes shutting down the trade is the 'best policy'. Ending live sheep export trade is ALP policy. Shut it down Far more efficient and humane to process sheep locally... At least you know/hope it's been done correctly, and jobs stay here. The cattle industry head should get on the live export ship with the sheep and experience the cruelty first hand instead of sitting in an office counting the money. Ban it.
