The estate agent said the 'move-in ready' three-bed property sold above asking price after an influx of interest

A terraced home in Greater Manchester has been snapped up within days of being put up for sale as estate agents say the market is still 'moving quick'. The three-bed property in Westhoughton, Bolton was listed for sale on March 29 and attracted lots of interest from prospective buyers.

Whilst being situated on a quiet residential area, the house also benefitted from having no chain which allows for a more straight forward and stress-free buying process. "The viewers were that keen that they wanted to view that day, which of course we were happy to assist with and booked seven viewings for that afternoon into the evening.

"It sold over the asking price and it went quite a fair bit over too. If the house is priced correctly, it will sell and there are still plenty of buyers begging us to help find them a house."
