U.S. stocks opened higher Monday, kicking the week off higher as major benchmarks attempt to extend Friday’s gains. The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, +0.57% was up 0.5% soon after the opening bell, while the S&P 500 SPX, +0.71% gained 0.6% and the Nasdaq Composite COMP, +0.93% increased 0.
