West End cafe Serenity Now has hit the market after six years of trading on Great Western Road.

Serenity Now on Great Western Road has hit the market with rent priced at £19,000 per year.

A premium has been set at £45,000 and the lease is for 15 years from July 10, 2017, to July 9, 2032 however there is a break option on July 9, 2027. A spokesperson for Graham & Sibbald, who are marketing the property, said:"We are delighted to bring to market a leasehold Café opportunity on Great Western Road, Glasgow.

"Serenity Now is a well-established business which benefits from high levels of footfall mainly from affluent professionals and students who live in the surrounding area as well as passing trade and tourists.
