The attacks across Israel by Hamas militants this week are echoing across the technology industry, given Israel’s deep ties to the cybersecurity, enterprise software, and semiconductor sectors.

Mobileye CEO Amnon Shashua said in a post on X that the company is immediately transferring 5 million new Israeli shekels—equal to about $1.3 million—to nonprofits working to help victims in the country’s south. “I and the entire Mobileye team participate in the deep sorrow of the families of the injured and murdered, pray for the peace of the wounded and missing and strengthen the security forces and IDF soldiers,” said Shashua. “Let’s all hope for better days.

Oracle , which has extensive operations in Israel, posted that it “will provide all support necessary to the Government of Israel and defense establishment.” The company also pledged to match all employee donations to Magen David Adom, the country’s equivalent of the Red Cross, with zero limit. Newsletter Sign-up Nvidia in 2020 completed the acquisition of Israeli networking company Mellanox, which still has substantial operations in the country. “Our focus now is working with our Israel leadership to ensure our employees and their families are safe and well cared for,” the company said in a statement to Barron’s. “We will then turn our focus to shoring up execution if necessary to ensure continued operations of our business.
