HALIFAX, N.S. — Four Atlantic Canadian companies received awards from the Atlantic Canada Aerospace and Defence Association during the 2023 Industry Excellence Awards.

Duxion Motors, IMP Aerospace & Defence, Black Arcs Inc. and Genoa Design International received their awards during the annual ACADA Dinner., out of St. John’s, was honoured with the Innovation Leader Award for its development of scalable electric drives that accelerate the transition to emission-free electric transportation.

They have since become one of the most sought-after production design firms in the North American shipbuilding market.
