Semiconductor stocks are feeling the impact of Texas Instruments Inc.’s TXN, -3.49% third-quarter results. The chip maker, which is viewed as an industry bellwether, cited weakening industrial demand Tuesday afternoon as it underwhelmed with its forecast.
