Kenmore Pest Control & Termite Services LLC will be fined for years' worth of pesticides that the prosecution claims to have been repeatedly applied illegally.

D.C. Attorney General Brian L. Schwalb announced Tuesday morning that the D.C. Office of the Attorney General will be fining a Maryland-based pest control company for "polluting the district with toxic chemicals."
