President Bola Tinubu has appointed Engineer Jennifer Adighije as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Power Holding Company, NDPHC. The appointment is seen as an effort to consolidate the National Integrated Power Projects.

Other management team members appointed as executive directors by the presidency to assist Adighije include Engineer Abdullahi Kassim , Bello Babayo Bello , Emmanuel Umeoji , Omololu Agoro , Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama and Barrister Steven Andzenge . Jennifer Adighije, is an experienced engineer with vast competencies across management functions in the private and public sectors. She holds a master's degree in Wireless Networks and Telecommunications from Queen Mary University of London, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
