Plans have been filed for a 4-storey rent-geared-to-income development in the Kensington Market neighbourhood following the submission of plans for another affordable housing project just days prior.Toronto's Affordable Housing Plan, which pledged the City-led development of five municipally-owned sites, plans have been submitted for a second site, at 35 Bellevue Avenue.Currently, the 26,479-sq.
