Fortinet shares surged 10% after hours, following a 1.3% decline in the regular session to close at $81.56. The company reported third-quarter net income of $79.8 million, or 46 cents a share, compared with $58.7 million, or 33 cents a share, in the year-ago period. Adjusted earnings were 67 cents a share.
