Syahredzan Johan highlights the plight of CCM-registered traders whose BPN appeals were rejected.

Traders who filed an appeal to receive the government's Bantuan Prihatin Nasional got a rude awakening this morning when they were disqualified because either they or their spouse had a business registered with the Companies Commission .

Instead, they had been told to apply for the Geran Khas Prihatin , a one-off RM3,000 aid for micro-scale businesses which does not need to be repaid.

Its Pisang Goreng, not goreng pisang. Been in Golden Chersonese for 300 years and still cannot get the basic Bahasa right?

Was not this GKS announced later, after many people have been paid the first RM1k? Does this also means that if those whom have been paid the BPN (via automatic qualification), won't get to enjoy the RM3k GKS? In that case, many would waited for the GKS. Why settled for less?
