Mokoka, 37, crossed the finish line in two hours, 40 minutes and 13 seconds, beating the record set by Ethiopian Ketema Bekele Negasa at the same event last year. “I’m tired,” Mokoka, a three-time Olympian, said. “It’s a long way and I don’t know how I’m going to feel later, but I enjoyed it.” Ethiopia’s Amelework Fikadu Bosho dominated the women’s race to finish in a time of 3:04:58, nearly four minutes ahead of the rest but 34 seconds short of the world record.
Well done!!!!!

Very well done.
Couple of months ago I came across a recommendation about Arnoldnike93 wealth how he helped investors to earn lots of money with their investments. and I decided to give a trial with the little I have. Now my little has turned into something great which was not my expectation
Congratulations
Fantastic achievement for this wonderful athlete. Having never run this distance competitively and breaking the world record by almost 2 minutes is nothing short of heroic. You make South Africa proud Stephen.
