A popular country pub has been placed up for rent after it closed at the beginning of the year . The Dapper Spaniel Pub in Rolleston, Southwell was a dog-friendly gastro-pub that opened under new management in 2019.
The pub which is located in the heart of Rolleston village underwent an extensive refurbishment ahead of its launch. It offers a bar, dining area, kitchen and cellar.The property also has a stunning covered terrace, decked area with an outside fireplace and bar which is ideal for long summer evenings. There is also a children's play area which could be left as it is or converted into more outdoor seating. It also has a 28-space car park at the back of the pub.
