If Elon Musk eventually declines to deal with Twitter, Twitter will inevitably be absorbed by Meta. In a sense, it's a causal response. Amen

Usually, an acquisition is not completed if the parties do not meet the stipulations. Twitter couldn't prove that bots are no more than 5% of users. Would you buy a house with termites if the seller says they are only in 5% of the house, or would you want that number verified? 🤔

Twitter board must have been difficult or impossible work with to make a deal.
