Are the entry-level employees expected to do all the work AND lead the company while the senior team sits back and reaps all of the profits? That is the only question to ask. If HR is asking you for examples of your leadership, you probably have the answer…..
Let me help here👇🏽 Don’t join any company if you don’t know at least 2 people working there over 3+ years. 1. Everyone writes great mission statement. 2. No panelist would risk telling truth at the interview table 3. A new colleague would need time to develop deep trust.
