Following the success of his stores, The Sneaker Shack owner Lolo Ndlovu has begun working on a franchise plan that will allow South African entrepreneurs to own a piece of fast-growing chain.

Sitting at a Rosebank coffee shop for his interview, Ndlovu says the sneaker care business, which he officially opened in 2016, has been doing so well that he's roped in a franchising agency to work on plans and licensing. The team is headed by Eric Parker, a consultant and partner at Franchising Plus.
