A manufacturer has refused to comment on claims that donkey carts it produced for beneficiaries, mainly women, in Mahikeng, were not suitable for the rough terrain of the villages in the province. | iavanpijoos

This after some of the roofs started to collapse almost a week after the North West community safety and transport department handed them over to beneficiaries in Dibono and Manawana villages.
