The Department of State Services has issued a 48-hour ultimatum to the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited and other stakeholders in the downstream sector to find a better solution to end the lingering fuel scarcity across the country. Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), also known as petrol, has been scarce with only a few fuel stations selling the product, some for as much as N400, over 100 per cent increment.
