Stolen empty under white fearing and feared Cyril Vuvuzela Rhamaposa.

Most South Africans have pre paid electricity, what do these Municipalities do with money?

Oh PLEASE STOP WITH THE BS!! Eskom incompetence is laughable, you have a bunch of THUGS running Eskom but said thugs can't collect their money from non paying municipalities? 🙄🙄

Take the distribution of electricity away from non paying Municipalities and supply direct to the customers. This entrenched system of Non Payment for services by individuals and municipalities is dragging our country into the ground.
