SEREMBAN: Water tariffs in Negri Sembilan, which have not increased for the past 18 years, need to be revised upwards to ensure Syarikat Air Negri Sembilan (SANS) can continue to provide quality treated water and pay its debts, says Mentri Besar Aminuddin Harun.
