Four survey questions allow employees to evaluate their satisfaction with salary and benefits on a 1 to 5 scale—and some companies shot up to the top in overall in that specific area, led by Canon U.S.A. . Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center was second, after ranking No. 75 among Large companies overall.

Here are the Top 20 companies, both Large and Midsize together, in the Compensation Satisfaction portion of our survey. Only companies that ranked on either the Large or Midsize Top 500 lists were eligible for this ranking.
