Dozens of UK companies trialed a four-day working week last year. On average, their revenue went up

From June to December last year, 61 companies in the UK paid their employees the same wage despite working fewer hours., on average, with that figure being weighted by company size.

The ABC should start a zero - day week. It could come cheaper to taxpayers, better for the environment, and it would greatly increase the trust in the remaining media.

Four day working weeks were all the rage here in OZ in the late sixties. Shame they did not last.

Not surprised. My experience of Public holidays, hence 4 day weeks, has been positive. Working as part of a small team on time critical projects (for 20+yrs), 4 day weeks have simply resulted in a more efficient approach to all processes. Plus I get a day out of the office😂

What a useless trial - no control - no insight.
