WENDY KNOWLER | The cancellation game: never let cellphone companies goCellphone companies are extremely reluctant to acknowledge contract cancellations and make it difficult to cut ties and debit orders. Who still take out personal cellphone contracts in 2023? wendyknowler That type of conduct describes Vodacom so well , I went through hell in getting them to terminate a contract that already went past its expiry date by so many months . I Will never touch vodacom again I agree, vodacom is terrible. August last year I was promised that someone will contact me confirming my cancellation, I recorded the conversation, but still today I'm still getting billed. Many phone calls and emails are unanswered.

Never let cellphone companies goThey're past masters in not letting you cancel your contract, and even if you do you could end up forking out far more than you expected, writes Wendy Knowler Great topic. 100% unethical behaviour practice by cellphone companies - in my mind TelkomZA is at the lead of the pack. I have been trying to cancel insurance for over 2years. Frustrate one into submission is their strategy. Who do I report this to wendyknowler For clarity contact ended over two years ago, and I have approached TelkomZA via their stores (5 times) + emails (to the cancellation department - they just ignore it) + Twitter (had a chat with somebody but nothing materialised). wendyknowler MTNzaService MTNza you have done this to me
