Wegmans had made the list every year since 1998.

This is the 26th year in a row the company has made the list.

This year, the Rochester, N.Y.-based supermarket chain was listed at No. 4, down one spot from No. 3 in 2022.The list is based on survey responses from more than 4.5 million workers nationwide. Questions are asked on topics ranging from trust and fairness to respect and camaraderie.To celebrate, Wegmans is offering customers and employees a free mini-cupcake or a Clementine orange at 11 a.m. April 15 in area stores.
