bump stocks exist only to 'get around' the strict licensing requirements for full auto. They should fall under the same licensing.

USGAO just determined that the new federal rule classifies bump stocks and other such devices which transform semi-automatic weapons (one bullet per trigger pull) into already banned machine guns. NYGovCuomo NRA
