Shahelmey: 'We (together with the Sabah Water Department) are compiling the facts now. It may take some time.'

This follows various claims and suspicions that there are companies profiteering from the ongoing water crisis in Sabah.

He said the companies were taking advantage of frequent water supply disruptions by selling treated water at a higher rate. "Why is it that these private companies are allowed to sell water at a higher rate when there is no supply? It's bad enough that there is no water for the hospital," said Wong.
