Stock of Bloomin’ Brands Inc. BLMN, -3.47% climbed 8% after a report in The Wall Street Journal that activist investor Starboard Value had amassed a stake in the Outback Steakhouse owner. Shares of Farfetch Ltd. FTCH, -1.65% slid 35% after the luxury-fashion company reported sales that were below Wall Street expectations.
