KZN Premier falls ill during SOPA via SABCNewsOnline

Premier Willies Mchunu who is 70 years old was escorted off stage by other dignitaries.

KwaZulu-Natal Premier Willies Mchunu has been rushed off stage after taking ill while delivering his State of the Province Address .The SOPA address is being delivered by the provincial MEC for economic development, tourism and environmental affairs Sihle Zikalala.

He must retire once. He is 70 already. I wish him a speedy recovery though.

Wishing him a speedy recovery. That is the result of having pensioners running our country and provinces. We need young and energetic individuals in strategic position to ensure we are steering in the right direction. Pensioners should be in advisory roles and sitting down.
