A new ban on flavored vapes in Utah is aimed at reducing the number of teens using the products. But vape shop owners say it will drive most of the products they sell off the shelves and force them out of business.

The flavor ban was intended to crack down on teen vaping. Vape shop owners say they plan to sue over the new rule.
