This is due to the market day falling on the weekend of the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings which is 6 June.and will see a range of events on the Flag Market including a parade, a 1940s fashion show inside the Guild Hall Foyer and military vehicle displays and cadet stalls on the Bus Station apron.The day will also be packed with live music, performances and children’s free crafting activities.
