Lawsuit detailsThe lawsuit filed by Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry alleges that this is a pattern for Concord: failing to pay for repairs and expenses required under the company's contracts.The suit also claims Concord is refusing to provide refunds or field customer calls when its faulty coverage warranties are exposed.Henry is seeking restitution for consumers.
