Hollywood star and newly minted author Rebel Wilson is taking a new approach to selling her Aussie investment apartment.

The listing in Sydney is the latest severing of her real estate ties with Australia. In 2022, Wilson, 44, sold a $9.5 million residence in Birchgrove, on the Balmain peninsula, while retaining this property in her portfolio.The swish two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Balmain is atop a converted soap factory and has sparkling cityscape views. It was pulled from its scheduled June 22 auction and is now listed for $2.3 million.
