A CNA reader said his company's retail outlets began experiencing problems processing credit card transactions around 7am.New: You can now listen to articles.SINGAPORE: Nets-related services at about five per cent of the company's terminal network have been affected since Monday morning, with QR, PIN and tap transactions disrupted.

“The issue was discovered this morning. We are working to restore the service as soon as possible and apologise for the inconvenience caused,” said the company in response to CNA’s queries. The issues particularly concerned DBS and POSB cards and they had not been resolved by Monday afternoon.
