A noble cause but unrealistic. We need to just reduce meat consumption and meat exports. We're basically exporting water and for a drought ridden country that's just insane. Plant based meat alternatives are coming and maybe they'll help the transition.
Meat is a luxury and there can never be enough to feed everyone so it will just become more of a luxury as poorer nations raise their purchasing power and compete for the limited supplies. The 'green' part is irrelevant, it makes so little difference globally & in the long term.
