American tennis star John Isner becomes the sport's first player to ink an endorsement deal with a CBD company.

The Defy sports drink contains 20 milligrams of CBD per bottle. The hemp extract that is used in the drink does not produce the psychoactive effects associated with marijuana use, according to the World Health Organization.
