Trudeau promises ‘stronger sanctions’ against Russia over annexation of 4 Ukraine regions

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Thursday that "stronger sanctions" would be announced shortly against Russia over the Kremlin's plans to annex four Russian-controlled regions in Ukraine.
