A federal judge ruled Tuesday in favor of the marriage allowing the two telecom giants to combine. US District Court Judge Victor Marrero said in his ruling that he didn't envision the companies"would pursue anticompetitive behavior" and rejected the lawsuit brought on by a dozen US states. The judge said that Sprint on its own couldn't"continue operating as a strong nationwide competitor.
They said an additional 12,000 jobs will be created to staff 600 new stores and five new"customer experience centers."The merger could be finalized in early April. A new website has been started to promote the combined companies at NewTMobile.com.To alleviate antitrust concerns, Sprint and T-Mobile have proposed a deal with Dish Network , which would buy some wireless assets from the companies to create a new nationwide carrier.
I just got SIM swapped on T-mobile and they are not doing anything about it! Unauthorized SIM SWAP! “No Service”.
Does this mean my sprint sprintcare service will improve from mediocrity to better?

I was just thinking of leaving sprint for T-mobile seems I won’t be moving anymore since they will be moving me soon

Who did the judge tell. How many people knew to buy tbis stock. We need an investigation. Sounds like insider trading to me.
Ugh. Well so much for no monopolies.
Bye bye to affordable prices
Lady Chatterley I presume. 😍
Meanwhile it took 2 oil companies like 6 months to merge. Makes you wonder wtf was the holdup?
Two mediocre cell companies merge, yay!! Service will still suck.
Great
I'm with Sprint now, thinking I'd go back to T-Mobile. So do I just stay where I am, or check into Verizon or AT&T? 🤷🏿

Japan has a growing number of Corona infections. The Japanese government is worried about the Tokyo Olympics as a late countermeasure. Oh, I have to cancel the Tokyo Olympics. 谢谢。~
Of course! Tmobile CEO rocks!!!!
We have too many monopolies in this country. Stop giving total market control to one company!!!
So all that money T-Mobile spent at Trump’s Hotel paid off well. Good to know .....

Does this mean there’s not going to be more competition which we are not getting good companies deals ?
Are we not concerned about T-mobile possibly becoming a monopoly 🥴

Bad for the consumer. All while the feds blocked a deal with a chick and Harry’s razors. Ask yourself which hurts consumers more. Who is getting paid?
