MANILA, Philippines – Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III sees a boost in investor confidence should the alleged violations of embattled media giant ABS-CBN be proven true. "There's a claim by the OSG that there is a violation of the regulations. In fact, it might be a constitutional violation. I think that if that's proven, the investors will say, 'These guys are upholding the rule of law,'" Dominguez said on Tuesday, February 18, on the sidelines of an event of the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
