Walmart Inc. announced Tuesday that it has raised its dividend for fiscal 2021 to $2.16 per share, up 2% from the $2.12 per share in the last fiscal year. The fiscal 2021 dividend will be paid in four quarterly installments of 54 cents per share. The first payment will be on April 6 to shareholders of record as of March 20. Walmart also announced fourth-quarter earnings and revenue that missed expectations. Walmart stock is down 1.1% in Tuesday premarket trading, but up nearly 18% over the last year. The Dow Jones Industrial Average has gained 13.6% for the period.
