$36 billion Stripe just launched a new customer portal to help customers adapt their businesses to online retail during the coronavirus pandemic

and start reading now.

Specifically, Stripe is launching a new portal for customers of its Billing product to help manage subscription and billing details, check billing history, choose payment plans, and the like. That's a boon for any business — like a yoga studio or bookstore — that's moved to an online subscription or membership model, given that they'd have to do it themselves otherwise.

Besides the new customer portal, Stripe also added bank debit support for customers in Australia, Canada, Malaysia, and the UK. Now, Dyett says, Stripe wants to give all of its customers the same flexibility enjoyed by those bigger companies.
