’s chief business officer, Robert Kyncl, is stepping down in October, a YouTube spokesperson confirmed toKyncl will be succeeded by Mary Ellen Coe, currently the president of global customer solutions at Google, on Oct. 3.
“After 12 incredible years, I’ve decided to move on to the next challenge soon. Working alongside creators, artists, media and music companies to transform media has been a privilege,” KynclAt YouTube, Kyncl helped lead the launch of the company’s paid subscription offering, YouTube Premium, as well as the company’s entry into original scripted and unscripted content, called YouTube Originals.
