We offer that here now,” Drusch said.'High demand' in Tempe While Drusch said he expects 40% to 60% of business to come from group business — he said they’ll market across the board to businesses and corporate travels, university guests and Cactus League spring training fans and other leisure travelers. Also, with the National Hockey League’s Arizona Coyotesin Tempe, Drusch said there is an opportunity for professional sports business as well.

“This hotel will bring elevated accommodations, gourmet dining options, and a meeting experience that is unrivaled in the community,” Gagnon said. “Without question, this hotel will not only offer an exceptional hotel experience, but will continue to redefine Tempe as a vibrant, destination city.”
