This article fails to explain in detail how this rule change will benefit the indian players. Is it simply because it hurts Amazon or Flipkart? Or is there some other reason? Shoddy reporting

It’s some kind of non sense to me!

bugger..They where going to be our Golden Goose..on WTO rules. .The world is not a free market. .its protectionist and insular...so is USA and Canada ..only region of trade which is tariff and protectionist free to its members is............Tojo Bojo land..and the EUROPEAN UNION

Consumers are the victims.
