The state of women in Florida in the post-Covid-19 workplace

Nearly 50% of women don’t feel their employer has a program in place to develop their careers. That’s one of the big takeaways from an exclusive survey byThe survey revealed a mix of problems and progress for employers, as well as disconnects between men and women on the issues. Here’s a look at some of the survey’s most notable findings, as well as how results from Florida and the First Coast compare to the rest of the nation.

The survey was conducted as many businesses were grappling with a tight talent market and attempting to build their workforce pipelines in part by encouraging more women to rejoin the workforce. The survey shed light on a host of factors shaping the post-Covid-19 workplace, from hybrid and remote work setups to mental health issues in the workplace.amid a tight labor market, but inflation has also spiked.
