I am most proud of my involvement in Foley’s ongoing DEI efforts, our community involvement through the Boys and Girls Club of America, our annual MLK Oratory competition, and our pro bono work assisting asylum seekers. Briefly discuss your biggest personal accomplishments over the past year advancing diversity, equity and inclusion within your community.

I advance DEI in my community through my involvement in several nonprofit organizations. As a board member of Texas Appleseed, Carter BloodCare and Austin College, I focus my time on unique missions and initiatives that help improve diversity and inclusion across Texas.Embracing diversity in the workplace will continue in the legal industry, but it’s by no means the only way legal firms should evolve.
