Sir Keir Starmer hit out at the Prime Minister’s claim to represent “change”, telling ITV News Meridian: “He can’t be the change because he’s been the nodding dog as all the decisions that he now says are terrible were carried through. The change we need is from a Tory government, not more Tory government.”
