A restaurant in Wales is showing its staff how much they appreciate them - by taking them away on holiday.
The restaurant is run by family Alex and Salvo Giannini and is well-known to locals for its Sunday dinners. Salvo Giannini told WalesOnline: "We as owners are pretty demanding and our staff have been able to hit the mark every day. And we are not talking about the financial targets here, we are talking about customer satisfaction.
"We thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to reward our hard-working staff who have had a very busy and hectic summer," he said, adding that the restaurant's staff were like family to the owners.
